We have a 30-day return, the 30 days starts from the time that you receive your product.
Returns/ will only be approved and accepted if: your item is in the same condition that you received it, unused with no signs of wear or damage, any and all tags and instructions must be included and the product must be in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Product Issues and Damages
Upon receiving your order please ensure that there are no damages or defects. Additionally, verify that the correct product(s) have been shipped.
All Items must be returned in new condition. Any item returned with any of the following conditions, the return will not be accepted.
Product not in original packaging
Packaging damaged or cannot be re-sealed
Included accessories and/or components are missing
Components and/ or accessories are damaged
Products meeting any of these conditions may also be subject to no refund/exchange.
Exeptions to Return Policy
Some products are non-returnable. Non-returnable products include products on sale or discounted products. Custom products ( special orders or custom products). Products that contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, may also be not eligible for a return. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Products that are accepted for a return will be eligible for an exchange. A matching product will be shipped upon our receiving the return and inspecting it to ensure that it meets the above mentioned requirements for an approved return.
Refunds will be given when we cannot exchange the return with a like product or cannot do so in a timely manner. Other special circumstances may occur in which a refund will be given. Each instance that involves other special circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Once a return is received we will inspect it to make sure it complies with our return policy and notify you as to whether the return was approved. Upon approval, a refund will be made on your original method of payment. There is often a delay between the issuance of the refund and when it will actually post to your account.
